Liquid Applied Roofing

Long-Lasting, Liquid-Applied Roof Solutions

A liquid-applied or fluid-applied roofing system consists of multiple components that together form a seamless, self-flashing membrane that adheres to a low-slope roof. It can be used for existing roofs or new roof applications to provide a protective barrier on commercial buildings and deliver energy savings, particularly in summer.

When a reinforcement mesh is used along with the liquid-applied resin, the roof will be waterproof and can provide up to 25 years of solid performance.

Correct Installation and Maintenance

Liquid-applied roofing is an excellent choice when waterproofing protected membrane roofs, green roofs and plaza decks. But for it to perform its best, it needs to be installed properly. Choose an experienced, liquid-applied roofing company like Dry Building Solutions to ensure quality workmanship.

If you’re seeing water infiltration with your current roof, we can do thermal infrared scans to locate any wet insulation and determine a possible leak source. We can then take care of any necessary repairs prior to applying liquid roofing.

Once installed, a liquid-applied roof is easy to maintain. It resists punctures, cracks and tears. It stays clean and is unlikely to attract mold, mildew or algae growth. Finally, because it can be applied over an existing roof, there is no roof tear-off and no old roofing materials that require disposal.
