PVC Commercial Roofing

Long-Lasting TPO Roofs

Made from polyvinyl chloride (plastic), PVC is a highly durable, proven reliable, roof membrane system that’s been on the market for over 40 years. It offers energy efficiency and excellent performance, making it one of the most popular commercial roofing systems.

A PVC roof is an economical choice, and its strength combined with its resistance to heat, UV, chemicals, grease, fire and punctures makes it especially attractive for warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

Correct Installation and Maintenance

For PVC roofing to perform its best, it needs to be installed properly. An experienced installer of this single-ply roofing system can mechanically fasten it to the roof deck or attach it with adhesives. Seams should be hot air-welded to form a watertight bond that prevents water intrusion and ensures wind-resistance.

Once installed, a PVC roof is easy to maintain. It resists punctures and tears. It stays clean and weathers well, repelling mold, mildew and algae growth.

A well-installed PVC Roof, in which the penetration flashings are made of the same reinforced material as the rest of the roof, can last in excess of 25 years.
